Overview
To be eligible for a return, you must contact me within seven (7) days of receipt to say that you intend to return the artwork and why. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and preferably in the original packaging. You will need to indicate if you would like to exchange the piece for another work or receive a gift card for the amount of the item you wish to return.
Gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please do not return your purchase without contacting me first at support@freyajobart.com
There are certain situations where only partial credit (in the form of a gift card) can be issued:
- Any item not in its original condition
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Returns/Exchanges
If you aren't happy with your artwork, I am happy to exchange it for a work of similar or lesser value or provide you with a credit (in the form of a gift card) as long as you contact me within seven (7) days of receipt to let me know that you will be returning the artwork. The artwork must be packaged securely and returned in perfect condition using a trackable shipping service.
If the artwork arrived damaged, please take multiple photographs of the damaged packaging and the artwork from different angles, for insurance purposes. The work will need to be packaged carefully and returned using a trackable shipping service before an exchange or credit (gift card) can be issued.
Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
